Positive: Great location and plenty of room to relax after a hike! Property was clean and had everything needed to cook.

Great, clean, safe, quiet place to stay in Golden!
Positive: Very nice place to stay. We walked to dinner every evening! Great distance to downtown and there is a grocery store right next door.
Negative: The rooftop umbrella was broken but we made it work well enough to sit outside a couple of times.

I would stay again but a few things need to be addressed.
Positive: Good location, clean
Negative: Not enough towels, dishes were left in the dishwasher, party goers on the roof at night/ from 1am to 5am. Very loud!
Also, the sofa bed is not a pull out. I thought it was (stated in the accommodations 3 beds) so my son had to sleep on top of the couch. Very inconvenient.
